Going back to this ultimate 2 pack, I guess this is going to be the next holiday 2 pack since the Predator/ DC crossover figures have been put on hold. It would go perfectly with spiked tail too. I really hope that Neca has plans to put an updated version of it in Predator series 19 since Laser Shot and R'Zor have already been hinted at being in the next Kenner wave. It's an awesome figure but he can barely bend his elbows.I couldn't agree more! Battle Armor Lost Predator is nice, but if he could weild his sword with two hands using the ultimate articulation that would make it just about perfect in my opinion. I got this figure for birthday so i don't had to pay anything, but from what ive seen on the pricing, its a well worth figure.Ī very nice movie-accurate figure and i reccomend it to any fan of AvP (who likes the design anyway). how hard is it to put a burster or facehugger in the package?. This part is what this figure lacks, great in most aspects except this. and of course, it have the mandatory bendable tail and the arm articulation works good as it is. the head though is nicely jointed and features openable mouth!. it have only a few joints, but looking at the sculpt it could have had more joints such as torso at least. Out of all the things, this is where the figure fails. it also have a clear dome at the forehead thats nicely added without any problem, compared to some of the original aliens dome which have seam problems at the back of the head. a nice mix of predator skin areas and alien metallic greys, a nice colour scheme and very lookalike. no flaws as far as i can see the lack of joints makes the sculpt barely suffering from them.Īs far as ive seen in the movie, the paintjobs are accurate. but from what i can see the sculpt really captures it's feel from the film. and have seen suit pics of the originals much more. Im not 100% sure on the Predalien design yet, obviously because ive seen the older alien films plenty of more times than avpR. it was easier to cut up than mcfarlanes figs though, and had softer twisty ties, no problem to open it! but it has nice pics on it and clearly shows the fig.
The package are nothing special, regular clamshell. This review is the predalien, my warrior review can be found here: had a nice Burst-day (birthday ) and got myself the Predalien, aswell as another warrior!.
